The Clarity Foundation is a Canadian registered charitable organization. Our goal is to contribute to society by raising funds and awareness for important world issues. We encourage individuals to understand the hardships endured by people around the world.

The Clarity Foundation is a very grass root organization, however, we make real life changes and the each committee member contributes their skills and talent on a part-time basis as they are all volunteers to The Clarity Foundation. The organization operates virtually, eliminating high overhead costs such as brick & mortar or salary, therefore streamlining our effort to maximize each donated dollar!

These days, we hear lots about stronger rates of growth, but little about strong communities and human rights. We hear much about the march of progress, but little about the people and cultures affected. We hear much about productivity and efficiency, but nothing about the creativity or liberation of the human spirit. For us, we are not just another charity, we make real changes in life.

At Clarity, our mission is to serve a diverse range of causes and we are continouslyopen to the emerging needs of our community. However, as a startup foundation, we believe that our efforts are maximized when our team focuses on a relatively narrow set of issues during each year. As our organization expands, we will address more issues concurrently and utilize our resources across a broader spectrum of causes.

The issues The Clarity Foundation contributes to are:

• Service for Senior Citizens;
• International Development;
• Assistance for the Sexually/Physically Abused;
• Relief of Poverty;
• Programs for Physically or Mentally Challenged;
• Promotion of Health;
• Program for Substance Abuse;
• Preservation of the Environment;
• The Arts;
• Community Centers, Immigrant Services, Literacy and Employment Training;
• Low Cost Housing;
• Other purpose beneficial to the community, as determine by the foundation, but not failing any of the above

There are three types of Clarity Programs:

• Clarity Signature Program - developed, maintained and funded by The Clarity Foundation;
• Clarity Affiliate Partnership - cooperatively developed, maintained and/or funded by The Clarity Foundation with another organization and;
• Clarity Funded Program - developed or maintained by another organization funded by The Clarity Foundation.

Often, donors contribute to organizations despite the lack of clear understanding regarding the agenda of the organization. We challenge you to make an educated and informed donation by learning more about charities in the future.
